It's very simple, contact us via
e-mail or phone, we will schedule a phone consultation. At this time we
will show you what we have to offer, and customize it to your wedding or special event. When we
setup this time, you will have a direct number to contact your personal
representative. We will give the "personal touch" to everyone that we work with,
so everything goes smooth and efficiently. We can even gather all the
information on-line to create an elegant invitation designed especially for you.
What is the real
advantages of CD over DVD ?
As you know,
most people have DVD players today. DVD's simply plays on
your TV and your RSVP can either be mailed or phoned in.
Although they are more convenient. They are more expensive
to produce and lack the interactive ability that CD's have.
Provided you have internet access, CD's provide a lot more
flexibility and interactivity. CD's can contain links
to registries, email, provide directions and links to area
hotels. Although DVD's seem more accessible to a wider range
of people. CD's provide a much wider range of options. Our
wedding or special event specialists can evaluate your situation and suggest
which product will best meet your needs.
I have
relatives that do not have a computer or access to one, how will they view my
invitation?
If you have someone on your guest
list that does not have access to a computer, a printed version of the
invitation can be sent instead. If you send them a digital invitation and
find out that they can not view it, we will send a printed version for a small
additional charge.
How are payments
arranged and what guarantee to I have that they will be shipped on time?
A 50% deposit is required at the
time you place your order (before any work is started). The other 50% is due on
delivery. We have a team of people to make sure they are shipped on time and we
stand behind it, you will get a conformation call or e-mail when they shipped.
All orders are set up to be delivered well before the time needed to mail your
invitation. If any delays occur, you will be notified well in advanced.
I just ordered
discs, how long would I expect before they are shipped?
Most products can be shipped out
within two to three weeks but it can be arranged for faster delivery, depending on our
current client load. Your representative will work with you if your invitations
need to be shipped sooner. We will schedule a "ship date" with you at time of
order and we plan for that date, if not sooner. If you are local, in some cases,
we can personally deliver them.
When I ordered,
I ordered the on-line management feature, how do I check it?
Very simple, you will receive a
link via e-mail after your final payment.
My aunt said
she sent her invite back via mail, when will my on-line management be updated?
On-line Management is updated on a
daily basis. We post all responses received from our P.O. Box every evening.
My RSVP
date is almost here, what happens now?
We will contact you seven days prior
to the R.S.V.P. date with a list of guests who have not responded. We will
continue tracking all responses until seven days after the due date unless other
arrangements have been made prior. However, in addition to this, if you selected
to use our "on-line management system", you will have access to monitor all
responses and non-responses at your leisure.
The invitations
